2008: A career as a prima ballerina is no longer on the cards, and she can fulfil her interior design ambitions in her latest run-down house. Otherwise, Yvonne has been in the Stedenbaan programme office for a year, working on the joint initiative for the South Wing: the introduction of underground-type transport on the South Wing rail network and spatial development around these transport nodes. 2006: Yvonne goes looking for a new challenge and finds Stipo. She starts work for Binnenmaas on ‘The Neighbourhood of your Life' project and is the acting project secretary in Amsterdam Old South for the redevelopment of the Stadionplein.
2005: Time to work. Part-time job turns into full-time career - Tommy Hilfiger has got a new shop manager.
2004: Six months in Berlin!!! Just to study, of course ;)
2003: To expand the horizon, a research masters in Metropolitan Studies at the University of Amsterdam, which is a nice bonus...
2003: After completing a dissertation about the origin of techno music in Detroit, she is qualified to call herself a policy sociologist.
1999: Makes the discovery that she's really not cut out to be a carer, moves to the city and a different study direction: sociology in Rotterdam.
1998: Still a bit too young when she completes secondary education, so another year at home, working in the Eindhoven care sector.
1992: Goes to the van Maerlant Lyceum and comes up with the idea that an interior architect is also a great job.
1988: Switches from gymnastics to ballet and secretly hopes that she can manage a career as a ballerina.
1980: Born in Eindhoven, grows up in the shadow of the Evoluon and the PSV football stadium.
