Philosophy

Rooted in the context

The Stipo philosophy implies that our work is never separate from the client's organisation. Consultancy about practical projects, working on concept development, training on the job: from the beginning, we root these things in the organisation.

The client as the co-maker

From Monday to Thursday, our offices are virtually empty. The members of the Stipo team are in close touch with the clients' working environments. The client is not kept at a distance; the client is a 'co-maker' in the team that is working on the assignment.

New and enduring

This 'co-makership' is an important factor in the creation of processes and products that the client can draw on in an enduring way. At the end of the road, we become redundant. Stipo sees each assignment as an inspiring challenge to come up with something new for both the client and the team.

Responsibility

This is also reflected in the philosophy: Stipo is responsible for the assignment, but also sees every project as added value for the working methods of the client's organisation.

Extra impetus where necessary

To make an investment like this, the philosophy has also been implemented on the financial side in an entirely distinctive way, for example by keeping overheads low and by running operations using an annual cycle. Assignments involving process development are impossible to budget beforehand to an exact number of days. Stipo always assumes its responsibility. If our experts think that the process and the client will benefit from an extra impetus, they provide it themselves for their own account.
