Hans Karssenberg (Stipo) was chair of the international conference on the social development of New Towns. The conference will be held on 27 and 28 April 2006 in Tatabánya, Hungary. It is organised by the city of Almere, aided by Arnold Reijndorp.
Around 9 New Towns from all over Europe will take part in the conference. They will each bring along a number of their city's youth, who will give cultural presentations throughout the conference.
